I am Chinese-American, though born in Tennessee; both of my parents are full Chinese. I am very proud of my heritage, and I try to retain my culture as is probably obvious by my enthusiasm for the Asian Triad. I am semi-fluent in Mandarin Chinese, being slightly able to read and write. Though I have never been to any part of Asia, I hope to very soon. I believe that everyone should hold on to their distinct cultures no matter what they might be; otherwise, we would live in a very boring and monotonous world.
